Privacy Policy
VISIBLA by Briviom collects only the information needed to run website audits, deliver reports, respond to inquiries, improve the product, and protect the service from abuse.
Information we collect
When you request an audit, register membership interest, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, company, submitted website URL, competitor URLs, message, language preference, IP address, browser user agent, payment status, generated reports, derived website signals, robots-access status, and audit activity logs.
How we use it
We use this information to run the audit, store report history, email report links and login codes, process paid report unlocks through Stripe, notify Briviom about leads or payments, prevent spam and abuse, and improve the reliability of the service.
AI-assisted recommendations
When AI personalization is enabled, VISIBLA may send a limited excerpt of the submitted public webpage, its public headings and metadata, measured checks, and the selected recommendation category to OpenAI. The lead's name, email, IP address, payment data, and private form message are not included in that quick-win request. If AI processing is unavailable, VISIBLA uses a rule-based recommendation instead.
Audited-page content
Page HTML, body text, complete structured-data payloads, and complete link or contact-detail lists are processed transiently and are not retained as audit artifacts. Stored reports contain bounded public metadata, extracted measurements, scores, and generated recommendations.
Analytics and monitoring
If you choose Accept analytics in the banner, VISIBLA uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited (with Google LLC in the United States), to count visits and see which pages and steps people use. Google Analytics loads only after you choose Accept analytics. Until then, and if you choose Decline, no Google script is loaded, no cookie is set and no data is sent to Google. When it is on, it receives page views and a few product events, for example that an audit was started, with the page path, your language, the campaign tags and referring domain of your first page, and Google's own technical data such as your browser type. VISIBLA is configured not to send emails, submitted website URLs, raw audit IDs, messages, or customer-identifying form fields to analytics, IP anonymization is on, and advertising features, ad personalization and Google signals are off. Google Analytics keeps event data for up to 14 months and then deletes it. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer of the public pages, including this one. Withdrawing stops sending data and removes the Google cookies from your browser; data already collected stays in Google Analytics until its retention period ends. VISIBLA does not currently use Sentry or any other error-monitoring or advertising service on its website. The code supports Sentry, but it is switched off. Before turning it on, Briviom will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent.
Cookies and local storage
VISIBLA uses only the cookies and browser storage listed below. Each one is strictly necessary to provide something you ask for, such as a Free Audit, signing in, keeping your language, or remembering your analytics choice, or to protect the forms from abuse, so it does not require your consent. The exceptions are visibla_first_touch and the Google Analytics items (_ga and _ga_6F1WF7MQDH): they are used only if you choose Accept analytics. VISIBLA does not use advertising cookies. You can delete these items in your browser settings; features such as staying signed in stop working until they are set again.
- visibla_free_visitor
- Cookie (first-party, HttpOnly)
- Set when you request a Free Audit. It holds a random identifier signed by VISIBLA, with no email address or website, so VISIBLA can apply the limit of one free website per day. Strictly necessary to provide the Free Audit within that limit.
- Lifetime: 2 days from your last Free Audit request.
- __Host-visibla_user_session
- Cookie (first-party, HttpOnly)
- Set when you sign in to your VISIBLA Workspace with an email code. It keeps you signed in so you can see your reports. Strictly necessary for the sign-in you request.
- Lifetime: Until you close the browser or sign out. The sign-in expires after 8 hours.
- __Host-briviom_admin_session
- Cookie (first-party, HttpOnly)
- Set only when Briviom staff sign in to the VISIBLA administration area. It is never set for visitors or customers. Strictly necessary for secure staff access.
- Lifetime: 8 hours, or until sign-out.
- briviom_language
- Local storage
- Remembers whether you use VISIBLA in English or Spanish, so pages open in that language. It stays in your browser and is not sent to VISIBLA. Strictly necessary to keep the language you use.
- Lifetime: Until you clear this site's data in your browser.
- visibla_analytics_consent
- Local storage
- Remembers whether you chose Accept analytics or Decline, so VISIBLA applies your choice on every page and visit and does not ask again. It stays in your browser and is not sent to VISIBLA. Strictly necessary to remember your analytics choice.
- Lifetime: Until you clear this site's data in your browser. You can change the choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.
- visibla_first_touch
- Session storage
- Used only if you choose Accept analytics; otherwise it is never written. It records the campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) and the referring website's domain of your first page in the tab, so a Free Audit can be attributed to its campaign. It is removed if you withdraw your choice. Not strictly necessary, so it requires your consent.
- Lifetime: Until you close the browser tab.
- _ga
- Cookie (first-party, set by Google Analytics)
- Set only after you choose Accept analytics. It holds a random identifier that lets Google Analytics recognize a returning browser and count visits. Not strictly necessary, so it requires your consent.
- Lifetime: 2 years, renewed on each visit. Removed when you decline or withdraw your choice.
- _ga_6F1WF7MQDH
- Cookie (first-party, set by Google Analytics)
- Set only after you choose Accept analytics. It keeps the state of your current visit (session identifier and count) for VISIBLA's Google Analytics property. Not strictly necessary, so it requires your consent.
- Lifetime: 2 years, renewed on each visit. Removed when you decline or withdraw your choice.
- Cloudflare Turnstile
- Third-party security check
- The audit and contact forms load Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a submission comes from a person, not an automated script. Cloudflare processes technical information from your browser for this check and may store its own security data under Cloudflare's domain, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy. VISIBLA uses it only for security, not for analytics or advertising. Strictly necessary to protect the forms from abuse.
- Lifetime: Set and controlled by Cloudflare.
Bot protection and payments
Public forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that submissions are legitimate. Payments are processed by Stripe; VISIBLA does not store full card details.
Data retention and access
One-time report PDF files are normally retained for 90 days from first generation; re-downloads do not restart that period. Subscription report PDFs remain available while the plan is active and for a 90-day grace period after it becomes inactive. Audit history, event logs, lead submissions, and legally required records may be retained separately as needed to provide the service, support customers, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. VISIBLA retains versioned evidence of legal acceptance, including the audit reference, policy versions, timestamp, IP address, and browser user agent. De-identified aggregate observations may be retained for methodology and benchmarks. You may contact Briviom to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
Transactional and marketing email
Membership interest signup saves your selected plan, billing preference, optional website, and versioned consent for membership launch follow-up. It does not create a subscription, reserve a price, or opt you into unrelated marketing. You can withdraw that consent by contacting Briviom using the contact details below. Report delivery, receipts, login codes, account notices, and security messages are transactional. Guidance, reminders, and promotional sequences require the separate optional marketing choice and include unsubscribe controls. Accepting paid-report terms does not create marketing consent.
