Critical gates and Manual Review

Low Service Clarity caps the score at 64. Low Trust prevents the strongest band. Local businesses with weak Local Signals are capped at Opportunity to Improve. If robots.txt verifiably blocks all three AI search crawlers (OAI-SearchBot, Claude-SearchBot, and PerplexityBot), the score is capped at 79; blocking training crawlers does not count, and neither does a robots.txt that cannot be verified. Unreliable extraction suppresses public numbers and requires Manual Review.

What the score does not mean

The score measures public readiness signals. It does not certify service quality or guarantee rankings, citations, mentions, traffic, leads, sales, or placement in third-party answers.
